Rebecca Rushton is the founder and Principal Consultant of HR2U.
Rebecca lives in Bowral with her husband and teenage daughter (and dog and three cats), having relocated from northern Sydney in late 2024.
Rebecca is an accomplished human resources, organisational development, change management, and work health and safety leader, with more than 25 years of experience in professional services, law, education, healthcare, disability services, retail, government, and FMCG. She has complementary skills in strategy and governance, business transformation, financial management, project management and process improvement.
Rebecca has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Curtin University, and is certified in change management and Agile project management.
With an eye to the future, Rebecca is completing a Bachelor of Speech Pathology degree at Australian Catholic University, and has a keen interest in supporting children, adults and older Australians with speech and language disorders, and eating, drinking and swallowing difficulties.
